How much did your SLS process cost?  I have ideas of my own that I'd love to
3D.

ITM, the whole concept of fabbing parts "at home" is approaching reality.  A
high school teacher requests her students to "fab" an ion induction valve
for a high speed sub's plasma drive - oh, by the way, make sure it's
supercooled or you lose half marks.

Sigh.  When I die I wanna come back as a starship captain.  Forget
submarines.

there. A guy could take his CAD models of PSUBS and scale them down to make
models out of them using the SLS parts to make molds off of.  I was thinking
it would be fun to make a couple of model kits of the Simon Lake submarines,
like the Argonauts to help support a Simon Lake Museum.
