Wilfried.. sometimes the last 20 years I offer private sub concept to peoples to make some money. I had one real client, and three fouls. And millions discussion with people which likes submarine but have not the money for it. But the one real investor quit because he learned how many rules he has to follow if he want to use the sub in a german shipping river.. 

If you bring a real investor give me a call. If his real money is forward on my account - so there is visible that he is real.. I will start real design work next day..
