This sound realy good.  The UPS (Uninterruptible Power suply) supercapacitors like the one used for emergency systems sound like a very promising energy storage system for small subs.  That sound really good:-).
I hope this supercapacitors are not super explosive like normal capacitors if you dont wire then properly :-(.  But with proper disign this should be no problem.

No hydrogen emissions, no chemistry at all, no heat emissions, no seawater/battery acid danger (chlorine gas), millions of duty cycles (not ~ 700 as with lead acid), one tenth the weight of lead acid batts, equivalent of an 800 km. drive for ~$10 (CDN) . . .
