Look for RC-Model electric aircraft supplier. 
burshless

An for example robbe/aveox AVX-1412/5Y No.4679
has 1200 watt at 20-34 volt with 40 A at 650 rpm.  
The unit is 60 mm long and has a diameter of 37,5 mm.... 
Weight is 650 gramms, Efficency is 85-90%
