Hi, KM - contact an inflatable boat manufacturer (Zodiac, Avon, etc.) for
details on custom sewing jobs.

Give them a sketch or two with dimensions, denier weights, etc.  Mention
it's a special project.  At the very least they should point you in the
right direction.
