hi guys
o2 monitoring is easy use
Teledyne r-22 or the r17 sensors attached to any small pic controller through an
amp board. You need three sensors to get a good polling for a sensor failure.
remember that the sub is not cleaned for 100% o2 so don't get crazy with it.
remember the Apollo fire. see oxycheq.com for some meter designs. if you can
not design the electronics I will send the boards to you
co2 monitoring, the sensor alone
is available for about 100$
o2 injection control
kiss works here get a flow
meter set at .8 liters per min per person will give you most of the o2 you will
need with an occasional manual add.
scrubber design
one pound of sorb per person per
hour, for emergency go to lithium hydroxide blankets. they work better in the
cold. they are about 750 per person. check rebreatherworld.com for design ideas.
