Rick my english is like 70% so i don´t understand your question very
well, if you are asking about having space to use a mechanic seal, then
the answer is yes, there is plenty of room for it because the 1/2" ID
seal it´s 1 inch OD. and the motor housing nose hole is 1 1/4" that´s
for diameter and regarding to lenght i had to use a spacer behind the
prop to press the seal, it´s very easy to install and i´t works great
because i have presure tested it....please let me know is that was your
question, and if not, ask me again. Daniel

Rick what 2 hp unit is that? The bigger Minn Kota motor I found was 101
lbs of thrust (about 1.75hp) and I used it's original prop, but I had a
problem they are way too big to fit the k-350 design, still thinking what
to do..I have broke it to one hundred pieces and reassembled it again
lots of times, what do you want to know?

hi
has anyone played with the minn kota 2 hp unit yet. i was thinking about
using it with the brigg and straton 3hp electric outboard's prop and kort
nozzle. have to repitch the prop for the lower hp. it should add about
30% more power
