The easiest way to test would be using plc based controls linked to a
surface computer by way of a rs 2 wire link. ps the update rate is faster
than you can respond. Note that an absolute pressure transmitteris requiresd
for the internal perssure.
some cost saving ideas using hyd controls rather than mutiple mechanical
pentrations. ie one or two single penetrator plates like the neyt sub.
motor shaft seals eleminated using mag couplings from explosive duty
pumps
waterproofing electronics
atkins check the rebreather page for ideas on mags switches. the same
trick would work using a mag coupler to a potensiometer through an alum or
acrylic cover plate for your speed control input.
