In addition to the box not showing an accurate era sub for WW2, the movie
wasn't that great either.
The inside sub shots showed MUCH to much room. Lacking special
effects. The storyline wasn't bad but
it wasn't carried out that well as a screenplay. I would give it a grade C.
I almost bought it at blockbuster but decided to rent it first. Glad I did,
it wasn't worth buying.
Bill.

I suppose the marketing types who
design the box are too young
and too focused on marketing to recognize that
there are those
of us who can identify a submarine. Perhaps the
average man
on the street -- the Gen X and later, who seem to spend
the
money -- have no idea what a WW2 submarine looks
like/
