i beleve in constructive criticism and appreciate any help or advise that i 
can get. i like this mail list because there are a lot of ppl here who i 
would describe as constructive THINKers and DOers not just TALK TALK 
TALKers. i know its not my place to criticise or complain but this is the 
3rd highly critical, narow minded email that u have sent.
