If he claims to speak Spanish, be curious, also. We know the Columbians have tried to move drugs by submarine, and one of my spies (who knows somebody who knows somebody, etc.) tells me that the FBI (or some such) has stumbled onto Arabs who are passing as hispanic, complete to the accent. As I said before, you can't fight the last war more than once. Homeland Security is doing what it must do. To do what is politically acceptable to any one side of the political spectrum is to leave a known vulnerablity.
