last question , we are planing to construc the hull in epoxy fiber glass
for we are used to build boats like that ,

for a ambient sub fiberglass is ok. For a 1 atm. sub most people on
the list prefer steel. Fiberglass is ok. for 20 M. but has the disadvantage of
ageing, bad impact resistance and repairs/modifications are weaker than
original.
With steel it is relative easy to make a 60-100 m sub.
Kraka from Peter Madsen has a dive lock out and is also a combined
ambient/ 1 atm sub. (whole interior pressurised)
