Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] post

Hello All
About the large japanese submarines there is a very
good book about the I-52 called "Three miles down" by
James Hamilton-Paterson is about the discovery and the
recovery of the gold treasure of this ship. There is
also a video from National geographic about this
topic, is very good. You can see the I-52 sailing in
the sea and beatifull animations of the ship and also
the mir deep diving submarines filming around the
wreck of the I-52. The gold is still on board, some
researches believe about 1 ton of gold may be more.
It was part of the long range exchange between Japan
and Germany in the world war II. Japan deliverd
Germany with Rubber Zink and other good and Germany
delivered high tech weapons and other stuff.
It is nice to read the book and to see the video.
Best wishes to all and happy holidays
Jürgen
