[PSUBS-MAILIST] periscope design

Has anyone got a drawing/sketch of a periscope that revolves 360 degrees
while keeping the image right side up?

I sent an optics drawing for such a 'scope to psubs.org years ago and you'll
find it there.

Has anyone actually built one?  I'd like to see how you put it together.
