Hi,

We are ramping up on the 2004 PSUBS Convention details. I am calling for White Papers. Any discussion or information any of you guys would like to share at the convention? Hugo Marrero's paper on "Do we Need Safety Standards for Private Submersibles?" created quite a discussion at the 2003 PSUBS Convention. We would like to see more.
