If I'm not mistaken, you have just described half a dozen subs--Deepworkers, 
Deep Rover, Delta and Aquarius (2 main ballast tanks and 1 drop weight). I 
can't swear to the Deepworker, but I think that's what it has. All of them are 
man rated by ABS or Lloyds. Vance
