I had a nice note from Hugo off-site and have asked him to reconsider. He has 
a wealth of knowledge, access to more of it if needed, and is obviously 
committed to quality and safety, the two paramount issues in the design, 
construction and operation of submersibles of ANY description. Besides, he is a member 
of a very elite group--HBOI only uses the best. If he's lurking, then I'd 
suggest you remember it, and ask those questions that will pique his interest and 
maybe his participation. In other words, don't let him get away with this, 
boys. You don't get that kind of help every day.
