Maybe I'm missing your point, but this sounds like "Nooooooooooo, your wrong and I'm right".

The people who work for the FAA who I've met (some are on the psubs list), ready do seem to
have a clue.

Didn't you say something about posting pictures of all those K350s that are holding
up mail boxes near your home?  Or was that somebody else?

Also, ignorance is bliss. :-)  Very true Martin,,,very , very true.  However,  although there are Fedreal Regs that have concern for safty.  It is the people that work at the companys that own the air craft that make them safe....not the FAA.  Belive me pall,,,the FAA dosent have a clue.  The FAA is just made up of a bunch of people that couldent hold a job in the real world.  The ABS is made up of qualified people that in most casses do have a clue.  It's not a goverment agincy.  It's more or less an inspecting body for  insurance companys.  The FAA and the ABS are light years apart from each other.  DJB
