Yes, lets keep it in the mailing list as the content pertains to sub design
and others may benefit from it.

The hull must have appropriate electrical penetrations for the connectors to
enter the hull. They could be individual penetrators or a penetrator plate.
Penetrator plates should be removable for service, and in case you need to
change orifice sizes or threads or for repair. 

The connectors are commercially made. Glass reinforced epoxy connectors are
cheap and can take pressures of up to 20,000 psi. Almost all of our
electrical penetrators are of this type. The manufacturer we use the most is
Seaconn, they are in USA and carry a lot of off-the-shelf connectors. Their
