Hi,

Here are the rough details as they currently stand for 2004 Convention this summer. I will send out more information as they get worked out. Dates and place:

        Fri-Sun, August 20-22, 2004
        Portland, Oregon area

Activities (in planning stages):

	Fri	Trip to Washington to the Undersea Warefare Museum
	Sat	Conference/Submarine Sandwich lunch/Conference/Dinner
	Sun	Open
