Since my normal deep will be 30', I will just make sure by testing it that the hull can stand 15-30psi. If so, when I drop that 750 pounds drop weight, I will be able to remove pressure from inside the sub once on the surface. I won't have much space inside the sub to have multiple drop weights...

Ascent rate is critically important for us ambient sub guys, due to
decompression limits. A controlled ascent is paramount. "POP TO THE TOP" NOT. Go
slow.  I'm with Carl on this...
