It does seem the Russian Navy has so many bad habits
we could emulate, and reek total havoc on the mostly
uncontaminated parts of the world, doesn't it?

The reactor for power idea is great, just not one of
theirs. I think I would rather just used the bare core
to heat my boat. At least then I could accurately
predict the results.
