We can do this.  Who's going to volunteer to make the CD's in a format that

html friendly?  (ie extract the zip files and make sure all the links are

I've downloaded it and burned it (zipped) to CD, which brings me to my point.  Why not just burn copies and sell them through the PSUB store at a reasonable cost?
