This is missing the point. PSUBS should offer BOTH a
link to the downloadable files as well as a CD for $15
, or whatever. Information in the public domain should

never have access to itlimited for any reason.
However,
it is perfectly legal and even desirable for PSUBS,
Jorge, and whoever else to offer hard copies...Be that
in print or digital media such as CD. People will 
become members of PSUBS not for what they recieve, but
for what PSUBS is!
