There are no errors reported on the PSUBS server.  The log files show that email
is being delivered so Curtis needs to contact AOL and ask them to track incoming
mail from PSUBS and find out where it is going.

I took the opportunity to clean up a bunch of other email addresses that are
bouncing PSUBS email back to us for various reasons.  Most common, is that the
email account no longer exists.  In some cases, bad submariners have not been
checking their email and their quotas are exceeded.
