That is DRAEGER and you can buy them off the net, or nearly anywhere else.
There is also a company called ACURO which builds similar units. They are hand
or battery operated atmospheric samplers. You carry a pack of glass tubes (a
little smaller than a pencil) filled with chemical--break the tip off and pump
air through it and get the percentage of whatever you are measuring for on a
scale painted in percent (usually) on the tube--then discard. We used to use
them for CO2 because the constant monitors were so expensive--and always carried
them in the emergency kit for backup. You can buy Sampling Tubes (as they are
called) for just about any gas you can think of (except for maybe the bio
hazardous post nacho and beer kind). Very nice units. You should never dive
without one, no matter how good your O2 meters are.
