[PSUBS-MAILIST] Mark Ragan nomination

I would like to nominate Mark for the Link award for his work on the Hunley. After all, archeology seems to me is a form of the “oceanographic research, exploration, or discovery” mentioned in the award write-up. He made a fascinating presentation on the Hunley at the convention, and I would encourage everyone to get his book or (when it becomes available on PSUBS) the CD-ROM of his presentation.
