Hi Ray,

I recieved my gift today. It took snail mail 5 weeks to get it to The Netherlands. I am very glad and honoured to have recieved a book from someone who has given us so much inspiration. I am looking forward to reading it during the days around Christmas. I will send him a thank-you-postcard ofcourse.

About the financial aspects please let me know (postage USD 3.75). I am willing to pay more for a gift or something like that.
