[PSUBS-MAILIST] Group support...or is that "Support Group"?

Hey Guys,
I have long since decided some day to build a Biber
sub. Full size, with almost real torpedoes and all. My
question is this: Who would be willing to throw in
lots with me on such a project? And at what level of
commitment to help with info, research, design work,
whatever? I am still not sure of an estimated cost.
Please send me any thoughts ya'll may have on the
whole deal.
