[PSUBS-MAILIST] Phil please verify Newtsuit specifications

Phil,
  Upon reading the article in October's Popular Science('Get Out Now') which 
mentiones the Newtsuit on page 52, I noticed that they claimed the 
hard-shelled suit could be stored upon a military submarine in a 16" by 30" 
cylinder.  Can you verify whether the current Newtsuit can collapse that 
small, and if so how?  Do ALL of the joints break apart?
