Max.Range is one Week or about 400 sm at 8 knots on the surface.  
Underwater is about 5 knots for about 6 hours.

Surface drive is two persons one with a headest in the sail
giving spoken commands and one on the controls at the central station. 
Later on and with a additional joystick and a cable into the hatch
it can be maybe single hand. But anyway a 70 ts boat single hand 
is maybe not so much fun.. 

The crew should be between 2-5, optimize for 3-4. (4 sleep places)

On diving station it should be also two persons on the controls. 
One for engine, navigation and siderudder the other one for
depths-rudders and all the dive-, trim- and fuel- tanks.
