[PSUBS-MAILIST] cooling off period

Ok folks.  Let's all cool off and get back to psubs related discussions.
I've notified appropriate parties regarding off-topic discussions, and
although it should be unnecessary to say so I'll just remind everyone
that using foul language, regardless of context, is simply not
appropriate under any condition.

We don't want to block anyone from the mailing list, but will do so
if necessary.  As many of you know, I typically enforce a one-time
warning because I get grumpy if I have to babysit the mailing list.

What's said, has been said.  Let's stop immediately and just move on
to the next PSUBS related topic.
