[PSUBS-MAILIST] Leak Detector

I've been trying to work out a circuit for leak detection to monitor the battery and motor pods of the K-350 I'm building.  I have a circuit worked out with a 741 op amp, but it's to sensitive.  Even humidity will set it off as it is now.  Do any of you electronic types know how I can reduce the gain if a 741 OP AMP?   Maybe the electronic details would be better done off line.
