Pressure is weight by a certain surface. To determine the pressure, just 
imagine that you lift a colon of water of 1 inch X 1 inch X total deep you 
want. This is the pressure in PSI (pound X square inch (inch X inch))

Water is compressable, but it require a lot of pressure. Not in the range 
that we are dive with a psub.

So the formula is 0.0361 X 12 X deep (in foot).
