[PSUBS-MAILIST] Bubble question Psubs disscussion

Herve - I think without the container in the free sea the bubble moves
against the earth graphity because of the pressure differential between
the bottom of the bubble and the top of the bubble.
The waterpressure at the bottom is higher and press the bubble in
direction sky.

In a closed containers filled with water and the conatiner moving with
bubble speed the pressure differential bettwen the bottom of the bubble
and the top is still the same distance - so the bubble moves inside the
container with bubble speed - or for a viewer outside the container
with
bubble speed + container speed or in other words
and with container speed = bubble speed = >
two times bubbles speed..

So we have still the waterflow of one times bubble speed.. and it
will maybe looks like all the other bubbles I make during scuba diving..

right ? Carsten
