I would rethink the idea of patents if you beleve that you 
have a good idea, find a company to sell it to them.  The 
cost of pattened work right now is high and time 
consuming. Also if a company likes your idea and you have 
a patent you might have to defend it in court it could 
cost millions and you would only get a small percentage 
back.
