Hi Warrend, no I will not. Sorry - but I have not the time. 

I will help with some strength calculations on the hull if 
the group find a solution fit all requirements. 
The best will be you look for somebody  playing with 
the idear to build the sub.
This will be a good motivation to stay at OSS-project..
