I haven't had time to read all of the e-mails that are concerning this "Open Source Submarine Project" But what I've seen so far is GREAT.  It's why I joined this site and I was a little disappointed in the beginning but I dident want to say any thing. I dident feel it was my place to say any thing.  I've learned that some times the best thing to say is nothing at all, and that most good things fix them selves.  I belive that the concept of designing a new and very bulidabel personal submarine is very good and that it should be designed around the requirements of ABS and should have the capacity to be used for making money after it's built.  In other words, if cretin criteria are met through the construction stages then it should become an inspected vessel and could be used as such.  If we're going to do this then lets do it right.
