Greetings all. Success. I have found my missing ROHM&HAAS factory technical reports on plexiglas design and fabrication. There are 9 of them, all under the heading Of: "PLEXIGLAS DESIGN & FABRICATION DATA". The report titles are as follows:

9.PL-612d-ULTRAVIOLET FILTERING AND TRANSMITTING FORMULATIONS OF 
  OF PLEXIGLAS ACRYLIC SHEET

Everything is here-all the techniques and methods of making just about anything with plexiglas acrylic. There is a wealth of material complete with specifications, charts, tables, illustrations, photographs and methods where a person could build one helluva an acrylic fabrication set-up. Heating system design and construction, mold techniques and materials, clamps and rings, tool design, time and temperature charts, air pressure and techniques,and much more is covered. All combined, there are approximately 80 pages. These reports are copyrighted by ROHM&HAAS all around 1979. I have not checked for a factory website or ran any searches to see if any of this is on line by them. I would like to make all of them available to the entire group. I suppose they could be scanned or even photocopied easy enough but I do not want to get in the middle of a copyright infringement mess. If there is any interest, I will figure something out.
