    Hey guys I was wondering if the Ballast tanks in a dry sub need to be able to withstand the pressure from the water or, since they will be flooded anyway to achieve neutral bouyancy can they be made out of a lighter material? Do they need to be included in the weight of the sub to get the neutral bouyancy?
