If I remember right, this has been done somewhere here in the U.S. There
was no sub to take you down, but you would dive down via scuba equipment and
it had a full eating area, rooms to see the surrounding sea life, etc... I
think I saw something about it on the discovery channel, then heard later on
that it didn't fair to well in the market place. That was a couple of years
ago though. I just did a google search and came up with this www.jul.com
