Hi,

One result coming out of the 1st PSUBS Convention was from the tour guide
at OMSI. Pat took my name and phone number and gave it to a friend of his.

Chris Jones of Ridgefield, Washington (just north of Vancouver, WA)
has a partly built submersible for sale. So far I have little details
and no pictures. I am scheduled to visit him Tuesday to get both.

What I know at this point is:

Designed by University of Honolulu
Designer that dropped out of sight
About 17 feet long (21 feet long on trailer)
About 10 feet high
View ports 2 inches thick
Designed for 2500 feet depth
Main thruster still there (electric)
Rotatable maneuvering thrusters missing
Only a few parts left to the manipulator arm, most stolen
2nd hull of this design
1st completed hull went to China (fate unknown)
Battery pods slung low on hull (a.k.a. Kitredge K-350 style)
Trim systems uses some kind of oil filled bladder system
Designed about 10 years ago
Hull pieces are stamped with some kind of certification numbers.
