Did you find Jeff Lake's website?

That sounds like a high-end version of Lake's Argonaut Junior.
I'd avoid gasoline engines, especially in confined spaces. They
smell bad, and I've had one explode.

And that sounds like the AquaSub ....

Pardon the images, but this is the way your requirements came
to mind:
A small barge with the Honda generator on it. The generator
powers the trolling motors, the lights, and the compressor. One
person stays on top, under an umbrella, listing to CDs and to the
intercom to the divers.
Under the barge is the diving bell with air lock above it. You
climb down into the air lock, shut the top hatch and open
the bottom. In the bell is an open bottom; the hookah lines
go there, too.
What did I miss?
Except, of course, that this thing would be about 12 feet tall
and weigh a gazillion pounds. Perhaps I should give this
more though. I need a beer (metaphorically speaking).
