any given cavited water jet lose at least 10% power at the jet compared to
the same motor with prop.
trolling motors are designed to work with the manufacturer props, any
changes or alteration of the props might burn the motor or destroy the
permanent magnet.
no matter what the prop is , the motor will never give more power at the
prop than power consumed by the motor .
for ex , electric power 36 amps x 36 volts = 1.3kw for 107 lbs of thrust and
that s the max you can get with the motor, now if you want 150 lbs of
thrust, replace the motor, not the prop
power at the prop is 80% of electric consumption at best , try more or
change the prop and you burn the motor,
