Try "A Pictorial History of OCeanographic Submersibles." page 101.

That's it!   It's still around via e-Bay and rare book dealers. I've
suggested to Lake's family historian to have it republished on CD.

ToolRoomTrustee?   Another Neville Shute fan?   I thought that book would
have made a great movie.
