I'm not limited, but Tampa. I've been in the nuclear power industry for the
last 25 years (on and off) and I've always been stuck in relatively small
towns. I lived in Gainesville for about 5 years (had a business there) and
like Fl. I also love the water, but the Keys are out (my wife likes bigs
cities). It was either Miami, or Tampa. Since my folks live a little north
of there, it sounded like a good compromise. I was down there about a month
ago looking for waterfront property (have to have some place for a sub), but
didn't find too much. I also thought about buying some oceanfront and
building. This is probably what I will do. Vance don't you work at Ft.
Pierce? If I remember, you are a nuke as well,
