The mailing list archives are now downloadable in ZIP format, by year.
Each zip file contains the messages by month for that particular year.
You can download in raw text format or HTML format.

Please note that in HTML format, some of the links may not work or
might point back to the PSUBS.ORG website.  The message links themselves
will be displayed from your local PC.

For those of you using UNIX mailx, or Netscape as your email utility,
you should be able to download the text file format and then use your
mail utility to read the messages.  Or, simply open an editor and read
them in text file mode.
