No, and I don't want to mess with my Minn Kota for fear of frying it.
BUT....the guys at  HTTP://WWW.SUBCOMMITTEE.COM  make scale screws for just
about every kind of modern nuke boat known (or as close to it as they can
get without breaching national security).  A guy could get one of those, see
how it was made; scale it up a bit; and there ya go.  Might even work with
aN MK; I don't know. Would work for sure with  a custom drive or gearbox,
though.
