Despite my earlier message, about the hotel and such, I don't believe that commercializing an underwater hotel would be a very feasible idea. The hab would need be way too large to be a hotel and actually work. The best idea right now is to keep it a private venture.
But, there might be something in the restaurant idea, since people would not stay there for extended periods of time, instead they would go down, eat, come back up, and be out of your way. On the plus side, you could have the bouncer on the surface, and never even worry about it-since of course you would be down below. There could be a reverse aquarium, which would be a giant room with no walls, only huge acrylic windows (with thin steel stiffeners-whatever is needed), allowing the patrons to see out. Might not be a bad idea-couldn't be too hard to maintain.
