Did anyone knew that you cannot  export a mini sub outside the US since the 911 attack?

Department of commerce and State are driving me crazy with their applications designed to last for ever.

Now, rather to fight it and go to the press I prefer to set up a new plant outside the US so I can ship the Seahorse where I have to.

Seahorse Submarines will stay a US company though.
